Hooligans Pub & Grub is located in Bluefield West Virginia. Take the   Cumberland Road Exit off of U.S. Rt. 460 then turn onto Grassy Branch Road. We are located at the bottom of the hill. Hooligans Pub & Grub specializes in catering to Motorcycle Riders living in and visiting our area but we welcome EVERYONE!!!
